Dan and I write a few posts a month to journal our weight loss through personal training at the Train with Ron gym in Chicago. It’s something we started to help hold ourselves accountable, keep track of our progress and to help inspire others who may be struggling with weight loss or just getting back in the gym. Over the past year we’ve learned a lot about our tendencies, habits as well as our strengths. We both have a passion about writing this blog and love the fact that it inspires others.
