In April 2008, I realized that I needed a serious jump start to get back into shape and lose weight. I had my second baby in July of 2007 and was still struggling to lose the stubborn pregnancy pounds. My goal? To celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary, which was coming up in September, by losing 25 lbs to get back to my wedding day weight.
